Use bath or shower, a short routine or a few extra care steps. Keep the pictures that fit your family and leave the rest for another time.
Story, hug and goodnight-kiss pictures can sit alongside the practical tasks. Your encouragement remains part of the routine.
Your Bedtime Flow Pack supplies the pictures. The Flipzy Base gives each finished step a satisfying flip.
Pick the pictures together. Put one activity sticker on each wooden flip tile.
Arrange the tiles on your wall-mounted Base. Choose a dry indoor wall children can see and reach with adult support.

The everyday wind-down
A simple path from putting toys away to settling into bed, with a story to share.

When it is bath night
Choose the washing steps you need. Adults still help with bathing, hair washing and drying.

A gentle finish
Put screens away, settle into bed and choose quiet moments together before the light goes off. Hugs and kisses are optional; use the breathing picture only in a way you have shown your child.
Start with two or three manageable steps. You do not need to fill every tile. Choose suitable tasks and keep helping where children need you.
Magic Stickers. Easy to swap.
Keep the board in a dry place where your child can see the evening sequence. Reset the tiles for tomorrow and save unused stickers on their backing. Place it away from bath and shower splashes.
Lift a sticker gently from an edge, move it to another tile or swap it for a new step. Keep unused stickers on their backing and handle the adhesive as little as possible.
