Show the small jobs
Turn handwashing, table-setting and clearing dishes into visible steps you can practise together.

Mealtime is more than what is on the plate. Picture prompts can show the practical steps before, during and after a meal, so your child knows how to take part.
Turn handwashing, table-setting and clearing dishes into visible steps you can practise together.
A raised-hand picture gives you a shared cue for asking for help. Explain each picture in the way that works at your table.
Let the satisfying flip mark a practical step, such as setting a place or wiping the table. Finishing a routine never has to mean finishing all the food.
Your Mealtime Pack supplies the pictures. The Flipzy Base gives each finished step a satisfying flip.
Pick the pictures together. Put one activity sticker on each wooden flip tile.
Arrange the tiles on your wall-mounted Base. Choose a dry indoor wall children can see and reach with adult support.
Practise the step together, then reveal the checkmark. Reset the tiles when you are ready to start again.

Three ways to begin
Start with the jobs around a meal. Keep the sequence short, let your child tell you when they are finished eating, and give them the help they need.

Everyday mealtime
Give your child a small part in the practical jobs around your family meal. Help where they need you, then enjoy marking each chosen step done.

A little helping hand
Wash hands before preparing food together, then share a meal and lend a hand with tidying. Help is available at every step, and your child can say they are finished without an empty plate.

A small break
Make a short snack break easy to follow, from washing hands to wiping the table. Swap the pictures to fit what you are doing today.
Start with two or three manageable steps. You do not need to fill every tile. Choose suitable tasks and keep helping where children need you.
Magic Stickers. Easy to swap.
Breakfast, a snack or a family meal can each have their own few steps. Move the reusable stickers as the routine changes, and keep the Base in a dry place away from spills.
Lift a sticker gently from an edge, move it to another tile or swap it for a new step. Keep unused stickers on their backing and handle the adhesive as little as possible.
